What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, property address and message you choose to give us. We also collect standard analytics through HubSpot, including pages viewed and how you arrived at the site.

Why we collect it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a consultation for your property, and to manage our relationship with you as a client or prospective client. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our customer records — principally HubSpot (our CRM and email), Cloudflare (hosting, form delivery and bot protection), and our email delivery provider. Each processes your data on our instructions.

Cookies

We use HubSpot cookies to understand how the site is used and to recognise you across visits. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Bot protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we'll action it.
